President
Leads CTS's strategic direction and client relationships. Decades of industry experience building CTS into one of the Mid-Atlantic's premier specialty contractors. Under his leadership, CTS has expanded from a single office to four locations serving the entire East Coast, earning multiple CSDA awards along the way.
Ron Salera
General Manager
30+ years in the industry, joined CTS in 2015. Oversees daily operations across all four offices. Deep expertise in project planning, safety, and crew management. Ron brings a hands-on operational discipline that ensures every project runs on schedule, on budget, and without incident.
Daniel Behen
Business Development
Former president of Speedy Concrete Cutting. Brings extensive industry relationships and market knowledge to CTS's growth strategy. Daniel's background as both an operator and business leader gives him a rare perspective on what clients need and how to deliver it.
