Trenching & Pour-Back
Turnkey concrete removal and replacement in a single mobilization.
Our Process
Four steps. One crew. Single mobilization. CTS handles the entire scope from first cut to final finish.
Cut
Diamond flat saws make precision cuts along the trench lines, creating clean, straight edges that minimize damage to the surrounding slab.
Remove
Cut sections are extracted and removed. Debris is hauled to approved disposal or recycling facilities. The trench is prepared for utility work.
Pour Back
Fresh concrete is placed in the trench to match the existing slab thickness and strength. Mix designs are selected to meet or exceed original specifications.
Finish
The surface is finished to match the surrounding floor profile — troweled, broom-finished, or polished depending on the application. Traffic can return within 24 hours on most applications.
Why Turnkey Matters
Traditional trenching requires coordinating a cutting sub, a demolition crew, a concrete supplier, and a finishing contractor. Each handoff introduces schedule risk, finger-pointing, and cost overruns.
CTS eliminates those gaps. We own the entire scope — cutting, removal, pour-back, and finish — under a single subcontract with one point of contact. The result is faster turnaround, cleaner transitions, and a GC who can plan around a reliable schedule.
- Single mobilization — no waiting between trades
- 24-hour traffic return on most applications
- One contract, one point of accountability
- Concrete mix matched to existing slab specifications
- Reduced schedule risk and cost overruns
